  I had a package delivered to the parcel lockers, but the staff took it out a day EARLIER than it was told to (3/22). Since it was closed Sunday I came today to the office, but they didn’t have the package that they picked up from my locker??? How does that even happen? And for the apartment itself, there is issues with the AC, it keeps leaking. We’ve called before and they said we’re on a waitlist or something, waited a week, called again and the person on the call acted like we never called them. The AC was broken the same as last year, I’m not sure if it’s because it’s old but it really is bothersome to keep putting buckets on the floor every night. There is also an issue with cockroaches, though we haven’t seen them in a while thankfully so I’m assuming it’s just a seasonal thing.

  Please read and listen to the bad reviews about this place. DONT MOVE HERE. A couple of months ago my partner and I fell in love with the floor plans and the complex of Autumn Oaks and then it became a nightmare. The day we got the keys to our place I discovered a damp ceiling and mold in one of the rooms. I didn’t feel safe moving in with my partner and my animals because the apartment management refused to admit that there was mold in the unit. They also hadn’t disclosed to us that there was a massive leak in that unit just a couple of months prior where they had to completely replace carpets and what not and I felt like they were trying to downplay everything that was happening. My partner and I had to fight for a refund as we had to quickly find somewhere else to live. They didn’t want to give us a refund as they were again refusing to admit that there was any mold in the unit and the worst part was that they claimed the unit was habitable even though we had the keys for two weeks and couldn’t move in and that room with the mold was sealed off. This issue has since been resolved as upper management (not in the complex office) got involved and they okayed a refund. I appreciate the upper management helping us with this issue but the rest was a complete and utter nightmare and caused so much stress. Please listen to the reviews about bugs and mold and how unsafe the complex is.

  I love it here and want to stay, but 1810 is really hard to swallow for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment with zero updates since the 90s. They have raised the rent each year for 3 years now. I wish they would check around the property more for issues like parking, landscaping, garbage, etc., but they are always happy to help resolve a problem. I love my neighbors, my balcony, and there are a lot of mature trees on the property. Holly the manager is very responsive and solution oriented.
