  Ms. Tawna B. is a rock star realtor. She made selling our home a smooth process using tools, techniques, and her team to present the house in the best way. There was a fairly similar house for sale in our gated community that was already on the market 30 days prior and the seller had dropped their price by $40k. We were a bit nervous about the market taking a turn not in our favor. Tawna made us feel at ease and she quickly gained our trust. Our house came into market and was on the market for nearly 30 days until we received offers and they were offers well above our asking price! Needless to say our house sold before the other one and we received more than a pretty penny from the sale. We also hope that the seller of the other home was able to benefit from our sale as a comparable home and elevate the sale price. I would definitely work with Tawna and her team for my next sale and would definitely recommend her to others. Awesome job, Tawna, and thank you for all your work!"

  Tawna Burnett is literally the most amazing realtor we have ever worked with. We have moved a ton and her attentiveness to our situation was amazing. She came and picked me up when i couldnt use a car and drove me all around South LA. She helped us find a great deal on a house and then helped us get a great price on our home when we moved!! Shes so lovely and fun to work with. I wish we could use her over here in Texas lol.

  We can say enough GREAT things about Tawna and are so grateful for her kindness!! This was our first time selling a home and let me tell you it is completely different than buying, a lot more goes into it than I expected. The unknown can stress me out but can I tell you that Tawna made this experience as smooth as possible. She was very personable, engaged, accommodating, informative and professional. Not only were we first time sellers but we also lived out of state. Tawna took care of everything for us, she was there to make sure all repairs got taken care of, all inspections were done , she was a lifesaver. Will recommend her to all my friends and family we are just so appreciative of how much she helped us through this process.
