  Stay away terrible experience pools have been under construction several years no communication from staff very bad management better off renting somewhere else I was mislead the gal who signed my lease was fantastic who is no longer there the manager does nothing for the tenants

  I stayed at this apartment for a few months and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The laminated wood flooring was extremely dirty when I moved in. Even wearing brand-new slippers, the bottoms would become sticky and dirty within just a few hours. The ceiling light fixtures and window blinds were also noticeably dusty. My advice to future tenants is to carefully inspect the unit at move-in and document everything in writing, with photos, and make sure management acknowledges it in your file. When I moved out, I was charged several hundred dollars for “dust” on the lamps and blinds—items that were not clean to begin with. This felt very unfair and extremely frustrating. I strongly recommend protecting yourself with thorough documentation to avoid similar charges.

  I have lived here for 14 months now and have zero complaints. The place is clean, quiet and the apartments are nice. The office staff are amazing!. They return my emails promptly if I have questions about anything. Laundry is open until 10 PM and there are three large laundry facilities so getting a machine is pretty easy. The machines use a laundry pre paid re loadable card to pay for laundry. The laundry always has working washers and dryers. There are two pools, and three hot tubs. The new pool by the office is gorgeous with high quality patio furniture. They accept all sized dogs and most everyone cleans up after their dogs. The one bedrooms are a tad small but the layout makes it work. Most apartments have fireplaces which are pretty nice to have in the winter. No A/C but they have central heat. My apartment stays pretty cool in the summer but most people have a portable air conditioner. The grounds are very nice and have lots of large Redwoods trees and beautiful landscaping all throughout. Lots of trash and recycling containers so trash does not pile up. Doggie bag and poop clean up stations throughout the grounds. Nice cement walking paths all throughout the complex. Free overhead assigned parking and lots of guest parking. Rent is reasonable and priced well for what you get. Office is on top of any concerns you might have. Neighbors are nice and quiet. Love living here and would recommend this place for sure.

  What are we paying for? The main pool is closed the other one is disgusting. All three hot tubs are never working, and then they jacked up the price of laundry. The only email I get from them is just a notice that the office will be closed (at this point when is it open??) then when our lease renewal comes up I’m sure they’ll jack up the prices and won’t be able to give us a clear reason as to why. Pathetic. Also: stop sending me gd rent reminders. Literally shut up. we know when we need to pay it we don’t need you “reminding us” a week before it’s due. Literally just stop talking
