  I lived at The Reserve for a year and wish it had been longer! It's the only property in Sonoma that I know of that offers tenants four-bedroom layouts with three-car garages. The grounds are well kept with a small but functional gym, a nice barbecue area, and safe spaces for kids to play. Being right next to Costco was also a plus. Staff was attentive and eager to help. Gloria, both my neighbor and the property manager, was outstanding — always friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. One time I left my keys in the gym and forgot about them. The found out they were mine by testing my key in all the mailboxes! That's unheard of! A great place my kids and i will miss -- we left only because Life demanded us relocate to a different city.

  Since the start the Property Manager Gloria has been a great manager informative and professional. The maintenance gentleman takes care of everything quickly. Our experience has been one of the best in a long time compared to other places we have lived.

  It has been a great experience so far! Love the space, and neighbors are friendly. And our maintenence gentleman is absolutely 💯 ahmazing!! He even came on Christmas Eve to fix our garbage disposal because he wanted to ensure we could use it for the holiday!!!

  I came into The Reserve early June to take a tour because I was looking to move into the area for a job opportunity. As beautiful as the property is I must give the biggest compliments to the ladies in the office. Nicole and Stephanie were so accommodating to any question and concern I threw their way. Not only were they very helpful, but they did it with a smile! Though I took a job in the East Bay and did not move onto The Reserve it is a beautiful community with even more incredible staff! Thank you!
