Whatever you do, please look somewhere else to live. This place is terrible. Not worth you living here at all. We were here for 3 years and nothing ever got better. The management is extremely unprofessional. Maintenance is never responsive and very passive aggressive, trying to blame tenants for messing things up. Making it our fault. These apartments are very outdated. They never fix the problem but put a cover on the problem and then the problem gets worse. One time, Maintenance came to fix our leak and mold under the cabinet. He messed up something and Flooded the entire kitchen. Left a mess and destroyed our stuff since he doesn't know how to do his job. Maintenance NEVER cared to fix the problems in the apartment. Sometimes I would go days without an answer! When they fixed our tub or there was a sewage problem, they didn't provide a bathroom for us to use and we weren't able to shower. They never let us know when they would be loud fixing stuff outside. They unexpectedly turned off our water ALL the time! So we had to adjust our lives around that. Our neighbors in apt #226 were so disrespectful and would scream and yell at us because our screen door would slam behind us. Maintenance never fixed the door when I would ask them about it. They just blamed us for the door slamming. They said the door was ok. The door was broken and not okay. The management did nothing. They let them yell at us and complain about us. It was hostile.
To make it worse when we moved out they tried to charge us for an entire carpet that maintenance ruined. And almost $500 in utility bills that we paid every month with the rent. We got charges for an entire paint job. And it was to “fix” the apartment. These people are extremely money hungry and care less about the tenants. It's just sad living here very sad. we will pursue legal matter since they neglect many people. Not just us. They should be corrected for their terrible behaviors of neglect and unprofessionalism!

My husband and I made the mistake of applying for a rental here in October (it was next to where we were living at the time), and spent close to $230 for application fees and a holding deposit (I guess they think money grows on trees for most people). We were promised the holding deposit back and have yet to receive it. This is also after I left a voicemail expressing how shocked we were at their treatment and that they needed to display more compassion and empathy towards people since they don't know what people are dealing with who may be applying (I am a COVID survivor).
FPI Management is horrible and of course they use a marketing slogan that has NOTHING to do with how they treat people ("The "Company With Heart") or some nonsense like like that. THIS is what is wrong with society.
FPI Management: We would like a refund for it ALL, and at the VERY least, the holding deposit that was promised to us by your fake, phony, lying property manager.
