  I have been an HOA board member for several years and know running an Association can often be time consuming and frustrating so choosing an effective management company to simplify life as much as possible is critical. EB Community Managers has proven an effective and reliable partner. Our Property Manager Chris Lopez is efficient, responsive and pro-active as are both Stephanie Ripley and Lesley Conklin in the Rohnert Park office. I would recommend anyone looking for a local HOA Management Partner to seriously consider EBMC.
