  The best part about Bella Creek Apartments outside of the brand-new, spacious units is the office staff. When I relocated to California in 2023, the complex had just opened and there were no online reviews to rely on, so I had to go with my instincts. And boy, I am so glad I chose this complex to call home until I moved abroad in December 2025. From my very first interactions, the care and thoughtfulness of the office staff stood out. They genuinely went out of their way to find an apartment that would be the right fit for me. They even replaced the pre-installed thermostat so I could have better control over the HVAC system, helping me settle in and get comfortable in a new environment. The apartments themselves are quite quiet, and any noise concerns were taken seriously and addressed promptly, which again demonstrated management’s consideration for their tenants. When I eventually decided to move abroad, the property manager, Kieran, was exceptionally kind and supportive throughout the entire process. He is extremely personable and easy to talk to and ensured that my living situation was one less thing to worry about while I was navigating visa applications and relocation logistics. He handled my move-out timing and final logistics with a lot of thoughtfulness and flexibility, which made a very stressful international move significantly easier. Overall, Bella Creek Apartments is a place where you feel truly cared for, where residents are treated like people and not just tenants.

  I lived at Bella creek for three years and loved my apartment. Nice new appliances and very spacious layout of my one bedroom apartment. Maintenance crew was always very nice and helpful and Kieran the office manager is great! I am moving for my job or I would have stayed here longer!

  I had an amazing experience visiting Bella Creek in Rohnert Park! I was lucky enough to be shown around by Kieran, who was not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly welcoming and personable. His enthusiasm and attention to detail made a lasting impression—it’s rare to come across such genuine customer service these days. The property itself is beautifully maintained, and I was especially impressed by how spacious and thoughtfully designed the units are. It’s clear that care goes into both the upkeep and the resident experience. My visit was so great, I felt compelled to write this review—which I don’t do often! I’m truly looking forward to calling Bella Creek home. Huge thanks again to Kieran for making the experience such a positive one!

  Have not been here long, but love it so far. The units themselves are awesome, modern and updated. The property/pool area is kept clean and functional. Dog bath room is sweet. My biggest hang up about the unit is the timed motion sensing light in the bathroom. Real annoying when you’re taking a shower and the light keeps going off. My favorite aspect of moving in has so far been dealing with the manager, Kirin (might be spelling that wrong). He’s been super helpful, always there to answer my 300 questions every week, and is easily the most proactive and present apartment manager I’ve ever worked with before. Seems like he is doing enough to keep this place in good shape, while also not acting as a dictator. I’ve had plenty of previous apartment managers who overly enforced everything to the point of making our home feel more like a prison. And he is not that at all. I prey he stays property manager for my time living here😂

  Took a tour of Bella Creek Apts. Impressed by modern design (2022) & location is great. You get one permitted uncovered parkin' spot & the pool looked useless. One bedroom, 935 sq ft , has a base rent of $2300. / mo & the bathroom was HUGE. Kitchen area was not huge, nor was the carpeted bedroom. If you want a living room that could double as a bowling alley, this is for you. Has natural gas, HVAC unit, & no laundry. Blackpoint Management people seem competent & were not pushy.
