The Altamont Apartments is a four-story building consisting of 230 apartments designed for independent senior living (55 years of age or older). This complex offers desirable amenities such as a seasonally opened pool and spa, elevators, a cinema room, a fitness room, a laundry room on each floor, and shared common areas for social activities. Inside each apartment, residents will find air conditioning, a dishwasher, an electric stove, a refrigerator, a garbage disposal, and access to a patio or balcony through a sliding glass door in the living room. This property consists of studio, 1-bedroom, junior penthouse, and penthouse apartments, and is conveniently located near the Rohnert Park Senior Center, Raley’s Towne Center, Public Transportation, and so much more! During the construction of this apartment complex, to provide maximum sound control, extra care was taken when pouring 1 & 2 of lightweight concrete between the floors and framing the double stud walls with extra insulation between units.
