  I have lived here for quite a few years now. I have seen a few managers come and go and I've lived in 2 different townhomes. We love it here. The neighbors are all great and the current manager, Azam, is amazing. I think she is very fair and understanding. The office is always open when it's supposed to be and they return calls/emails promptly. I've seen some complaints about parking which I think is odd as a garage comes standard with all townhomes. A lot of people use their garage as a hang out room, workout room, play room, sleeping arrangements or just full of storage. If they are having a hard time with parking then it may be best to use your garage. There is also a ton of street parking. The maintenence team here is absolutely amazing Will and Koroush are really great. They are very prompt when it comes to repairs and they really try to do as much as they can but will call in people if they need to. We love the dog park a lot! We do wish other residents were better about cleaning up after their own pets, but we still make do. We love it here!

  By far the worst rental management I’ve ever dealt with. From Azam in the front office to her assistant. They’re awful. If you’re looking for extra charges after you have moved out and turn in your keys and clicker then this is the place for you. Roaches everywhere and constant wasps in the summertime.. indoors!

  Updated Review: I have been living at the Woodstream Townhomes for a year in a half now and truly do call this place home! Azam and Brianna at the front desk are amazing and truly go above and beyond offering speedy customer service for the residents. They are so kind and friendly. Other positives… Maintenance keeps the grounds clean and are quick to offer assistance when repairs are needed. I think the icing on the cake for why we have been so thankful to call this place home is our requests for maintenance issues get handled so quickly and professionally. A month ago a terrible storm came through the area and we had some bad flooding in the garage. Maintenance came out in the late night to help us with the flooding and the drywall was promptly fixed a few days later. The reason I am updating to 4 stars instead of 5 is ever since we had new neighbors move in next door with our shared wall, our quality of life has declined. We can hear EVERYTHING through the walls (barking dog, slammed cabinets, their TV, etc) and the walls are much thinner than we had originally thought. I’m sure it has a lot to do with who your neighbors are because our previous neighbors were quiet and we never heard them. So, just be mindful when moving in that the walls aren’t as thick as would be preferred.

  We have lived here for 6 years and have been very happy here. They just painted and the place looks great! The new management has been very nice and helpful. It is a great place to live and very family friendly.
