  Maintenance is good, front desk is alright. They just use AI to do their jobs. Parking systems is wack. Example: Work from home and don’t go out much? Well if your car is parked for 7 days and not moved it’s now towable even if registered and insured. Edit: to reply to that bad comment from corp about parking passes. Even if there is a placard and your car is immobile for that 7 days. You tow residents…. It’s in the agreement

  The James is a lovely complex to call home. The neighbors are friendly, management is welcoming, and even the maintenance team feels like family. A special shout-out to Wilson from maintenance — he’s always professional, kind, and a pleasure to welcome whenever I have a maintenance need. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents.

  Such a fun place to live. The on site team is awesome and so helpful. It feels like the "Melrose Place" of living. I am happy to call this my home. Best Resident events as well.
