  Alex and Ben are great maintenance guys. Always willing to fix things and help out with anything extra. They know their stuff pretty well. Very polite and respectful. But most of all they are great with showing up when you need them! Greatly appreciate you guys thank you for everything you do for us🙏.

  The Shaliko apartment community has been a wonderful place to live. The property is consistently clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and welcoming. The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents, which makes a big difference day to day. Any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly and efficiently! The amenities are a great bonus, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and respectful. I also appreciate how well the grounds are kept, it really shows pride in the community. The location is convenient and makes commuting and running errands easy. Overall, this has been a very positive living experience, and I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to call home!

  The perimeter fences are badly dilapidated.the corporation that owns Shaliko Apartments has ignored multiple requests to replace rotting fences for the last 10 years. Quite an eyesore to renters and the surrounding neighborhood alike.

  This apartment complex and the people that work are incredible! James is wonderful. He helped me every step of the way to ensure that I can be close to my daughter here at Shaliko. If I could rate more I would . 5 stars is not enough for him . He is truly an amazing person. James helped me from start to finish . Answered all my questions and guided me throughout the whole process. James is the best leasing consultant I have ever encountered. 100 stars! Thank you James for everything.

  I absolutely love living here. I’ve lived here for a year and a half and have never had a problem with Shaliko or Sequoia. They’ve always been so helpful and compassionate with rent, maintenance requests, and fixing amenities. They also have super fun events and free cold brew in the club house. They’ve seriously got a whole coffee bar in there with syrups, whipped cream, and cold foam! The office staff are super nice and always say hello. Would definitely recommend Shaliko.
