This is going to be my honest review of the apartments, as I have only been living here since December of 2025, along with striking down some of the negative things people have been saying that I can say either isn't true or is 50/50
First off! The staff here is so kind and helpful, along with the maintenance men! Debbie and Delayne have helped me so much in sorting out my lease and also keeping in check with my housing voucher worker in case anything comes up! They also make sure that I'm doing okay as well, and don't hesitate to ask if we needed to talk or chat! I know some reviews stated that they are "mean" but from my perspective, they and the rest of the staff have been nothing more than nice to me!
The apartment complex is also so refreshing and nostalgic, I was told this was built in the early 2000's, and it shows (Not in a mean way!) The trees are fully grown, and give some great areas of shade, the pathways aren't super confusing, and the designs of the buildings are so nice compared to the many other new complexs being built around Rocklin and Lincoln, I just love it!
The amendies are great too! The 75 ft long pool is cool and big for me to swim in, the spa is also not too hot, just the right amount of warm for my body and myself can handle, as I can get overheated rather quickly, haven't used the gym yet, saving that when I am with a friend and stuff, and the location of this place is nearby a lot of stores and restaurants that I personally love!
My only few gripes with this place is transportation, I rely on the buses a lot, and just getting to the placer county bus stop takes about 20 minutes, while the Roseville Transit bus stop (AKA M Bus Transit) takes about 30-45 minutes for me to get there, it's a bit of a hassle, but I mean, it could be worse
The other is PG&E, as of right now, I haven't had any issues with them, considering I am on the CARE Program and my housing voucher also gives a utility allowance for it, I do believe that despite those, it is still being a bit costly, depending how much you use the electricity and gas on for things (Thank the stars the water is covered in the rent! Helps relieve my worries!)
Now for the nitpicks some 1-2 star ratings people have stated
"The neighbors are so disrespectful and loud, and the staff doesn't do anything about it" So as of right now, the neighbors I have met are not only nice and respectful, but I have been told that when they hear loud, disruptive noise coming from the complex, they do call security to have that handled, and for me, I haven't had one issue of noise and or distruptive sounds come from here!
"Good luck sleeping if you like cars driving by and being loud" I- Every apartment complex is nearby a busy road! It's going to be loud! You can't control how people drive! And even then, some like car sounds for some sort of white noise, and even then, the road near this apartment isn't like that, especially at night!
"There's dog poop everywhere!" Well yeah, I won't lie about that, I have seen dog droppings on the grass areas around the complex, but never on the pathways, so unless you're crossing into the grass, It shouldn't be an issue for some, but it should still be addressed!
Other than what I have said! I will update this review if things change! But as of right now, this is a perfect place for me to live in! And I do hope I can live here for the next few years!
Living here in Rocklin has been a really positive experience. The leasing team is always friendly, helpful, and on top of things, which makes a big difference day-to-day. Any time I’ve needed something, they’ve been quick to respond and genuinely pleasant to work with.
The maintenance staff deserves just as much credit. They show up fast, fix things the right way the first time, and are consistently respectful and professional. It’s clear they take pride in their work.
Overall, it’s been a comfortable, well-run place to live, and the people who work here are a big part of why.
