I would not recommend living here. My experience was extremely frustrating from start to finish, and moving out only made things worse.
The biggest issue was how poorly management handled my prorated rent. I was clearly told by a staff member that my rent would be prorated, and I even have email proof of that conversation. Despite that, management later claimed they “couldn’t verify” the information because the employee no longer works there and still expected me to pay the full amount. That is completely unacceptable. If your staff provides information in writing, it should be honored—especially when a tenant has proof. It should not fall on residents to deal with internal staffing issues or be forced to pay more because of your team’s mistakes.
As someone in the military, this was even more frustrating. Moves are already stressful, and clear communication is critical when dealing with PCS timelines and housing transitions. Instead of working with me or showing any understanding, they made the situation more difficult and added unnecessary stress.
This situation shows a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. Instead of taking responsibility, they shifted the burden onto me and expected me to just absorb the cost. It felt disorganized at best and intentionally misleading at worst. If you’re considering living here, just know that what you’re told upfront may not be what actually happens when it comes time to pay.
Communication overall was inconsistent and unreliable. Policies seemed to change depending on who you spoke to, and I constantly had to follow up just to get basic answers.
On top of that, be prepared to be charged extra fees when you move out. They will try to charge you for “damages” that were either already there or normal wear and tear, along with a large cleaning fee regardless of the condition you leave the apartment in. It feels like they look for reasons to take more money rather than work fairly with tenants.
The apartment itself is also not worth the price. The unit was dirty when I moved in, and everything feels cheaply made. You can tell corners were cut everywhere, from the materials to the overall upkeep of the property.
Overall, this place lacks professionalism, clear communication, and basic customer service. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

We moved out after cleaning the apartment and leaving it in good condition. Our $500 deposit was kept, and now they are demanding around $800 more without providing any itemized statement, photos, proof of damages, or even a tracking number showing that anything was ever mailed to us.
They sent this balance to collections without proper notice and have completely ignored multiple requests for documentation. There has been no response from management at all. This level of non-communication and lack of transparency is unacceptable.
Be very cautious when moving out — based on our experience, you may be charged without explanation and then ignored when you ask for proof.

This is the first time I am receiving any communication from your team, despite multiple attempts to contact you directly via email. Unfortunately, all of my previous messages have been ignored.
I have not received any itemized statement, photos, or documentation supporting the charges you are claiming.
As per California law, tenants must be provided with an itemized statement and supporting evidence for any deductions from the deposit.
At this point, I would appreciate clear instructions on how to properly communicate with your office, as my direct outreach has gone unanswered.
Please provide the requested documentation as soon as possible so this matter can be resolved.

More than 21 days have passed since my move-out, and I still have not received any itemized statement, photos, or supporting documentation regarding my $500 security deposit. Despite multiple follow-ups, the required documentation has not been provided.
I recommend getting a ring camera. I have not lived here long and even in a decent complex, my package was stolen twice. The USPS delivery person even came and confirmed he delivered it to my door.
