  Joshua with Maintenance is super helpful and quick to responsive and all repairs are done quick. The office staff is always willing to help and available.

  Stay away. They run this place like HOA bullies to whomever will let them. I was harassed for over a month about a barking dog that wasnt even mine. It wasnt until I asked for proof or for them to stop that they actually stopped. I received a notice because I left my shoes outside of my door. Yet, the neighbor has an entire holiday setup with a bench outside of the door. In addition, they had 2 privacy breaches in one day and waited over a week to tell anyone what the plan was to prevent it from happening again or to even take responsibility.

  We’re are just only one year here but I’m so happy to have a good experience in Winsted. The team in the office is very polite,especially Brittany, I like her. She always helpful.

  My experience at The Winsted has been worry free and very pleasant all around. With Ashley helping me move in, she made sure that everything went smoothly, not to mention that she’s always in such a great mood and so attentive to everything brought to her attention
