  DO NOT RENT HERE! I moved out 2 months ago and have yet to receive my security deposit back, CA law only gives landlords 21 days to return it. Onsite management was non-responsive to phone calls the whole time I lived there and after. FPI Management sucks! A literal nightmare, save yourself the headache.

  I had a wonderful experience. I just walked in looking to find information. The woman in charge was so nice & upbeat. She spoke to me so kindly, answered all my questions and showed me around. I’m really looking forward to getting a place there. It is beautiful.

  Loved living here. Melissa the property manager here is amazing and is very kind. She made sure everything was taken care of on our behalf and made it the easiest move in of our lives. If my family has to ever move again this will be the first place we apply too. Our maintenance was taken care of extremely fast and efficiently. So props to the maintenance crew as well.

  If you plan to move into this "Luxury" Apartment, be ready to meet the most awful management possible, they break all laws possible. They smile and seem nice at first, but will treat you as trash every single time you will meet with them after moving in. When I moved out, they should have refunded the security deposit within 21 days, but now 5 months have passed since I moved out and still no deposit. They closed my account immediately after move-out day. Now there is no way to see all the payment history, and all my personal information, credit cards and bank accounts cannot be deleted. Management stopped responding to emails. After 10 years spent at this place and paid over 200K, this is the way they treat us as tenants. The only way to get your money back is to go to a Small Court. Stay away from this place.
