  Just had some service completed at my apartment by Jake & Chris. I’ve been a long time resident and have always been happy with the maintenance service quality and timely responses. Today, Jake & Chris went above and beyond with positive attitudes and professionalism. Grateful for my maintenance team! - Lisa

  Great place to live. The leasing staff is easy to work with and always professional. Maintenance is solid, they show up fast and get things handled. No complaints at all.

  Living here in Rocklin has been a really positive experience. The leasing team is always friendly, helpful, and on top of things, which makes a big difference day-to-day. Any time I’ve needed something, they’ve been quick to respond and genuinely pleasant to work with. The maintenance staff deserves just as much credit. They show up fast, fix things the right way the first time, and are consistently respectful and professional. It’s clear they take pride in their work. Overall, it’s been a comfortable, well-run place to live, and the people who work here are a big part of why.

  Delanye, Sarah, and Sean were very helpful with the whole process of getting my fiancé and I moved into this complex. They promptly answered questions, and always kept us updated. We love this complex so much already. I have already recommended it to my sister who plans on moving to Rocklin soon as well!! I know there are some bad reviews from years ago about a cockroach problem, etc but I’m hoping that has resolved now. I plan on leaving another review soon!

  I lived in the apartments for almost two years. The outside is kept very nice--it's a pretty place, especially when the leaves start to fall. The inside of the apartment was nice as well--granite counter tops, etc. I only needed maintenance a couple of times and both times they jumped on it really quick. Overall a very positive experience. Plenty of parking.
