  Not so safe, as they say. As it was a year ago. A lot of people in the pool area from the other streets, dirty. Lived there for 11 months and left when the wheels thieves had arrived. Also they didn’t refund 40% of my deposit (500$) cause of ‘utilities issue’, but all of it was fully paid before.

  We lived in these apartments with our family for three years, and it has truly been the best experience we’ve ever had. Whenever we needed something, the management team was quick to respond and always went above and beyond to help us. The community itself is beautiful and always well maintained — from the clean grounds to the amazing pool and BBQ area, everything was kept in perfect condition. Maintenance requests were always handled quickly and professionally. A special thank you to Danny P, Isaiah R, and Jaharee M for their excellent work and professionalism throughout our stay. For us, this has been the most positive living experience, and we’re truly grateful for the care and quality provided here.

  Rent is always a hassle, but it’s not as bad at the Meridian. RJ gave me a personalized tour of the place and even allowed me to look at two properties alone so I could take in my own experience. His kind of customer service isn’t taught, genuine interaction and helped me with all my concerns and needs. Ask for RJ and you’ll get everything you’re looking for.

  The Meridian at Stanford Ranch is a well-maintained, pet-friendly apartment community located in the heart of Rocklin. Offering a mix of modern amenities and a convenient location, it’s ideal for those seeking a comfortable living space with easy access to major highways, shopping centers, and dining options. The pool area is really nice for relaxing, and the 24 hour gym is spacious and well-equipped for a complex of this size. The Meridian at Stanford Ranch is a great place to live if you’re looking for a well-maintained, pet-friendly, and amenity-rich community in Rocklin. One of the highlights of my experience at The Meridian was working with RJ, the leasing consultant. From the moment I toured the property to when I moved in, RJ was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He made the leasing process smooth and answered all my questions thoroughly. He was patient with my specific needs and went out of his way to ensure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. His customer service was top-notch, and it was clear that he cares about the residents and the overall community. It’s not every day you meet someone who makes such a positive impact, but RJ certainly made a difference in my experience here.
