  I recently moved into The Hills Apartments, and my experience so far has been very positive. The apartment itself is well-maintained and located in a great area of Riverside. The management team, Sandy, Elizabeth, and Gina, has been professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. They made the process smooth and helped me find a place that fits my needs. I would definitely recommend these apartments to others.

  I recently moved into The Hills at Quail Run in March and so far it’s been a really positive experience. Apartment hunting can be stressful, but the team here made the whole process feel smooth and much easier than I expected. I toured the property with Elizabeth, who was very welcoming and took the time to answer all of my questions without making the tour feel rushed. It actually gave me the chance to picture what living here would be like, which I really appreciated. During the approval and move-in process I also worked with Gina and Sandy, and they were both incredibly helpful and responsive. The whole leasing team made the process feel very fluid from start to finish. The community itself is clean, quiet, and feels safe, which is really important to me having a child. It’s also very pet friendly, which is a a big plus. I also want to mention Kenny from maintenance, who has been great. After moving in, the few small things that needed attention were taken care of very quickly, and it was clear the team really stays on top of things. I’ve only been here a short time, but so far I’m very happy with my decision to move here and thankful for how helpful everyone at The Hills at Quail Run has been.

  I've lived here for almost 2 years and it's the best apartment community I've ever lived in. The property looks great and is well kept. Gina the manager has been really nice and you can tell she really cares about her residents and the property. All of the amenities are great they have a few game tables but a pool table would be a huge upgrade. There is so much open space and grass to walk my dog around. We are really happy here. I highly recommend Quail Run.

  I love living at The Hills at Quail Run! Elizabeth and Sandy in the office made my move simple and stress free every step of the way! We love the amenities and our apartment! Maintenance was on top of the couple of work orders I had when we first moved in! Quick and friendly! The area is nice and quiet too.
