  My fiancé and I were among the first residents to move in at North Grove and we have one of the live-work spaces. Our experience has been incredibly positive no matter what circumstances arise. Since moving in, our business has grown tremendously, and being located so close to the leasing office has been a huge advantage. We’ve seen firsthand the level of support and care that goes into maintaining this community, not just for us, but for all residents. The team works hard to keep the environment safe, responsive, and welcoming. I also want to acknowledge Michael, who is often the face of that effort. From our experience, he consistently shows professionalism, patience, and a genuine commitment to helping residents, even in challenging situations. It’s honestly disheartening to see some of the negativity directed toward the team, especially when we’ve witnessed how much they do behind the scenes. The dedication and consistency they show truly deserves recognition. We truly value being part of this community and look forward to continuing to grow both personally and professionally here.

  I just want to start off by saying this is clearly a upset resident who is harassing Michael and the team which is absolutely not okay I was reading through the “ negative comments” and it’s honestly disgusting and ridiculous not only about Michael but also the property here at north grove. As someone who has lived here for a while now and is very in touch with our front office team , I just want to point out some key factors about that are being said about our property. our dog park isn’t even open yet as I pet owner myself I’m always asking and checking in with the team to ask about it being released and from my knowledge it’s still being worked on, our community pool being shut down for glass was the safest thing they could have done to ensure the safety of all of us as residents; how can someone be upset over safety!!!!!!!!!! Our property has plenty of side walks to walk on anyone who visits the North Grove would know this. Overall I have nothing but positive comments to say about Michael and his team they are truly some of the best people I’ve ever met and truly care about their residents there always going out of there way to help no matter what ,definitely recommend living here please don’t let outrageous assumptions and accusations cloud you judgement. Ive never been happier in my home and its amenities!

  I really enjoyed my experience today at north grove apartments. Me and my husband are looking to move to a suitable apartment complex and this felt like the one. Michael was such a great tour guide who had all the right answers to my questions. He knew exactly what we were looking just by asking me a few simple questions. I really enjoyed how he made small talk and made our tour very engaging. The complex alone today was in great condition. The convenience level for guest and resident's is outstanding with the pool & dog park. Given that it was mentioned he is the manager of the complex it goes to show the standard he has for his employees. Such a great experience with Michael Once again thank you to Michael for such great hospitality and professionalism.

  I just experienced such an awesome time at North Grove Apartments. Recently, I went and visited to check out the apartment complex and had a tour arranged by the helpful Michael. I must say that he made my tour not only comfortable but also easy going. He was very nice, polite, and attentive towards me, answering every question I had and explaining everything related to the complex in great detail. Michael was very passionate about his work and I was able to see that he actually tries to provide assistance to everyone coming to have a tour of the property. The whole property itself looks really cozy, comfortable, very modern, and it felt like such a luxurious lifestyle, the best part of the tour was the level of politeness and respect that the residents showed to me. It impressed me and I will definitely be thinking about moving here. To conclude, I would like to strongly recommend going to check out North Grove Apartments especially if Michael will be your guide. He makes the visit not only pleasant but also very informative.

  I toured this place with my daughter. We first met Michael, who had full moons for eyes, obviously under the influence. We did not appreciate the trash that covered the entirety of the property, nor the fact that the pool was closed because of a “glass incident” ?? Gym was nice, but small. Rec room was average, with nothing but the bare minimum. No noticeable elevators. "Dog park" was literally just a patch of dirt. I asked what was being built there. Nothing. That's the dog park. With a big trash bin and trash EVERYWHERE. No sidewalks either, so have fun walking your dog on hot asphalt to nothing but a pile of trash and a "wonderful" tiny patch of dirt--ridiculous, lol. I could go on forever. After the tour, I had several questions I wanted to address with Michael. He spoke to me in a condescending manner, as if I was a toddler. I could only sit through two “answers” before giving up. I read the reviews on here and it’s no surprise that Michael is constantly being mentioned. How embarrassing for this company. Mr. Property Manager's behavior was unacceptable and I will be escalating this to his superiors. All in all, my daughter has settled in a much nicer place, at a lower cost, and without trash everywhere. Also, no addicts in their office. Nonetheless, I do wish Mr. Mike a safe and speedy recovery. Please, look elsewhere.
