  Compared to all the apartment tours I’ve done recently, Jonnae’s tour at Metro Gateway truly stood out. She was professional, welcoming, and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, which made me feel confident and well taken care of throughout the process. You can tell she genuinely cares about residents and the community. Larry the maintenance manager was also incredibly kind and helpful, which says a lot about the team as a whole. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you both!

  Big shoutout to Fred with all my maintenance needs (I waited months) but got all the help I needed quickly. I have been living here for 2 years and have even very happy.

  We recently had an issue with an appliance in our apartment, and Freddy from the maintenance team was extremely helpful in getting it resolved. He was quick to respond and always made sure to keep us informed about what was going on. A replacement part was needed so he had it ordered, and then regularly checked in with us in the days that followed to provide updates and make sure we were doing okay in the meantime. Freddy gave us clear updates and made sure that we felt taken care of throughout the entire process. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care made a stressful situation much easier. It’s reassuring to know we have someone so reliable on the maintenance team. Thank you Freddy for your outstanding service!
