- KPkelly piercyJan 12, 20262.0It says gated community, the gates never work on the 3625 side. Homeless drug addicts like to leave there used needles all over the laundry room. There are only 2 washers and 2 dryers to use on the 3625 side. Found a gun inside the laundry room. Homeless break into and sleep in the electrical rooms. Only one security guard for the whole property for both sides. Residents have been getting their doors kicked in and robbed. Vehicles get broken into on the regular. It takes them forever to fix any major issues you may have in your apartment. And so on. I'm not making any of this up. Ask other residents if you come to check the property out.
