He was easy to get a hold of and responsive whenever I needed him. We were able to get the file clear to close quickly and overall all parties ended up happy with the transaction. I hope to work with Jon on future transaction as he helped make the transaction smooth and painless.

- ERE RodJun 9, 20241.0Way overpriced, especially for homes built directly next to and below an old landfill. That big hill behind these homes with those manicured levels is the landfill, and they are known to seep and leak leachate onto the ground water. Leachate contaminates the soil and water sources in the area, which you will be using to shower, wash dishes and even drink. There are high levels of several toxic chemicals in leachate, including mercury. Landfills are also dangerous due to methane gas from all the decomposing waste layered on top of more waste. Literally a mountain of waste. Just thought you should all be well informed for the wellbeing of your loved ones and yourself, especially if you have kids or are planning a family. Good luck.
