- ASAaron StoutAug 27, 20231.0Hey Pulte Homes, 1.) You’re behind schedule at Villas at Highland Grove in Riverside, CA 2.) You’re janking with local traffic and now with school in session at the nearby Lake Mathews Elementary (and Im not even a parent), add a complete 4 way stop in an area that never had one. 2b.) You're new pavement on La Sierra is crumbling under normal traffic flow with 4 to 5 very large ruts / pot holes in less than a 100 yard span. It's been fixed atleast twice only to sink again in the same day. 3.) You have hundreds of signs across two miles in either direction plus a large yellow ballon marking your new homes yet one cannot tour without an appointment, they’re not truly open. No office, no brochures, nada. 4.) You have no signage outside indicating appointments only and are leaving your staff in the 100 degree heat to fend off visitors with no appointments in homes and garages with no HVACs to keep staff and clients cool and comfortable. They look tired and spent and are probably spending more time fending buyers off then talking to new ones. Thats on you, not your staff there. Unacceptable behavior! Stop putting profits before people and disrupting existing communities. Be a solution, be responsible. Be neighborly.
