  Don’t come here The sound isolation is basically non existent and an extremely inconsiderate community that is very loud, lacks civic sense and plays loud music all the time. I can hear every footstep every bang every door shut and every window shut, if you’re here to live then good luck trying to get a good nights sleep. They schedule lawn mowing at 7 in the freakin morning, so if you have an assignment due the previous day or have to stay up for some reason then good luck Don’t come here especially if you’re a student at UCR

  Mold is in the bathrooms Rats in the garages and walls Roaches everywhere The pool be filthy Don’t let the pics fool you Maintenance is horrible Once they get you in you gotta figure your way out DON’T MOVE YOUR FAMILY IN THESE APARTMENTS.

  There are cockroaches everywhere in the grass climbing up the walls on the windows inside the apartment they go through little holes everywhere in the apartment, the apartments are made so poorly there are holes leading straight from outside while the vents were painted over so air could not circulate. Air conditioner breaks every Summer pumping out warm air, worst apartment complex I've ever lived in

  I went there 3 or 4 times... This last time to turn in our applications. We are so excited, also every time the manager was the same very polite, curtious, always has a smile.very patient.

  Excellent management and quiet community. The tenants include a mixture of families as well as students.
