- MLMaribelle LococoSep 5, 20255.0I came to apply and this place is an absolute dream! I was so overwhelmed with the thought of my children being able to live and play here that I tried not to cry in the office to Mrs. Libby after 5 minutes of meeting her. 😂 Crying is not typical of me but I’ve never felt like my children belonged somewhere more than I did then. Which says SO much about these apartments and Libby! What a wonderful place!
- MLMary LWWAug 18, 20251.0I was placed on the waiting list and finally got a call from Amber because I was next on the waiting list. I told Amber that me and my husband were no longer together. She said I had to resubmit an application and start the process all over, since my husband was the person submitting the application. My husband only handed in the application thus my information was on the application. At the time, I was homeless with my children and in a shelter. So when I received her call, I was so happy. Once Amber mentioned starting the process all over, I was in shambles. I was literally crying over the phone and in tears. I had felt like I had finally seen a solution to my problems and it was taken away immediately. Now, I'm not asking for sympathy or any type of bending of their policy but during the entire conversation her attitude was horrible from the moment she said, "Hello." Very short, rude, just sounded like she didn't want to be on the phone at all. I remember before I ended the call, she said, "You have a great day now!!!" with the most snarkiest/sarcastic voice. She was just mean to a stranger with no reason. The way she handled that conversation wasn't very nice and you just don't know what anyone is going through in life but that's just the person that Amber McClelland at Breezewood Apartments is.
