  Great place. Units are nice and the staff is very friendly. Units for now are new, clean, and don't have issues.

  Such a beautiful apartment complex in Riverside! The inside of the apartment is really nice with all the new appliances - truly screaming luxury! Plus it’s conveniently located near the Canyon Crest Town Center and is a 5 minute walk over, which we love. Jazmin has been SO awesome for getting us situated and was able to cater to us with our move. She even stayed past the office hours just because we were coming from LA. Already love this community so much! Shoutout to Mark and the maintenance team, as well, for being so prompt and kind in our requests!

  Ive been living here for a little over 2 months now and can say that i have had the best experience so far. Starting off with the leasing team i can say that they genuinely care for the community here at Canyon Bluffs. I can also say that their genuine care and thoughts do not stop as soon as you sign those papers. Like some places faking it until your locked into a lease. They go above and beyond to make it a loving and cared home for me and my guests. And then theres the amazing maintenance staff, They too make sure everything is run, clean and working. I have had a request that was promptly solved in a very timely matter. This complex has everything you need in a home. lovely staff, a prime location, etc. Will update as time goes on!
