  Ran into the ground. For the high rent prices you’d think they’d upkeep the place, but no. Parking lot & walkway lights are fallen over, broken and never fixed. They let anyone and everyone move in because they’re greedy to keep units full, so be prepared to deal with disrespectful/loud neighbors. Management is never on site and avoids all emails and calls from tenants.

  They are not taking care of maintenance requests on time. When they call you they keep tellin you their maintenance tech has others residences he works at like we dont matter. This is a freakin joke for the rent. They need a solid management team or this place is gonna sink

  Really gone downhill since the old manager left. Property owner knowingly allows criminals to live here that threaten residents and start trouble. Police arrest this person and management just relocates them to a different apartment. This location is desperate to keep their units full.

  Villagio Apts were not for me. Fan of FPI Management (Agent) & Tilden Properties (Owner), with a lease agreement in the Santa Rosa area where they have other market-rate locations. You also get a RealPage account that squeezes big money out of everyone. Careful what you ask for, .... cuz U might get a lease offer that includes crazy hidden fees.

  The residence has been abandoned for months. There was no manager on site and when we call, nobody picks up the phone. The water of the pool was turning green and the landscape is not done really well. It is concerning for the price of the rent.
