  Pretty decent apartment complex, didn't have any issues there Pros: I liked that parking was gated, also there's some free parking outside for guests. Managers were nice and responsive, offered me a facetime tour when I was searching for an apartment. Neighbors are were nice too, never had any problems with anyone. Also loved that they didn't try to overcharge me for cleaning and other stuff during move out like everybody else usually do Cons: Didn't really like location/city itself, streets are pretty dirty outside of apartment complex and in general it doesn't feel safe to walk outside of the complex at night (but I guess it just describes LA county in general). Also different apartment inspections (like alarms, smoke detectors etc) were pretty annoying sometimes, it's like almost every month they needed to get into my apartment to check something and it's annoying because I work from home, so inside all day

  Very nice apartment complex. It's well maintained with friendly onsite staff and the complex manager Stacey was very helpful in getting me squared away and settled. I'm very happy with this place!
