I love it here! The unit I’m in is very pleasant, I’ve had no issues with neighbors. No issues with water. Everything has been fine for me. Looking at previous reviews before moving in, I was worried about those things, along with property management. But I’ve even had great experiences with the staff. No issues whatsoever. Definitely feels like home.

Update 02/19/26: Despite Davlyn responding to this review a week ago asking me to reach out, they have ignored two direct emails. Reaching out here appears to be a PR move rather than a genuine attempt to help. The issues I have requested assistance with remain unaddressed.
I've been living here for a little over 2 years. In that's span I've seen at least 3 different leasing agents come and go. Per one of the other reviews, yes they have cut the water off without notice often for hours at a time, and if that wasn't the case it would then be lack of hot water. In the whole 2 years I've been living here I've also had no access to the intercom, meaning I have missed deliveries multiple times and am not able to let people in unless I'm physically there. I've emailed/reached out numerous times. The first few times I was told the machine was down and a tech needed to come out. After a whole year, they finally changed the intercom system, I reached out again and radio silence. What's worse is that I recently inquired about moving to a larger unit as they have several available since so many tenants have moved out and I've simply outgrown the studio I'm in, and despite me having good tenancy, always paid my rent on time and never gave issues besides the ones that would actually affect my living conditions all I've heard is radio silence once again. They prefer to bring in fresh new tenants and straight up lie to them during the tour (I heard them mention the laundry room is open 24 hours when the rules clearly state up until 10pm and that it's rarely busy) - yeah rarely busy due to the fact that half of the machines barely work or stop working constantly.
They claim to be a luxury apartment. They're far from it. When you have homelessness sleepy inside the building. Sketchy users. They won't replace anything. Water is off most of the time. The area is prone to blackouts every summer. Nor worth it
Today it’s 27 February we are with no hot water again , the jacuzzi continues no hot water since October, a lot people from the building it’s move out , and I will too , don’t move this nightmare place , they hidden fees in the rent , they charge pest control but the building it’s with a lot cockroaches

14 January no hot water again and continues no laundry dryers working cuz no gas , no jacuzzi hot water , no barbecue since October.
October 2025 We was 3 days without hot water , December 24 till 4 January no hot water , just day 3 January we had 12 hours hot water , when rain no hot water . We are with no barbecue since October, and the jacuzzi don’t works since October too , with some periods with hot water , 2 gates was with problems for 1 week ; This Sunday fireman’s was in the building cuz was liking gas in the laundry, almost 1 week we can not use the laundry. This building is nightmare, u can heard all steps the neighbours walking in the floor 2 and 3 , You can hear the wood creaking.
I am writing to formally report ongoing disturbances and possible lease violations associated with the tenant in Apartment 210 in the Southview Apartment. Over the past several weeks/months, I have observed the following issues:
Frequent visitors entering and leaving the unit at all hours of the night, causing noise and disturbance. A pit bull dog is regularly kept in the apartment, which I understand is not permitted under the building’s pet policy. Repeated loud and disruptive behavior in shared areas such as the hallways and laundry room. Suspicious activity suggesting drug sales or exchanges occurring within or around the unit. People leaving her apt have dropped narcotics in the apartment hallway when leaving the unit. These ongoing disturbances have negatively affected the peace and safety of other residents. I request that management investigate these matters in accordance with the lease agreement and community policies. Please keep my identity confidential to prevent any retaliation. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to appropriate action being taken.
