She said she would come out and see the email of the confirmation for the tour. We were left out to wait just for no one to come out and help us out. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THEM
- SJStacy JNov 11, 20251.0I am writing to formally report ongoing disturbances and possible lease violations associated with the tenant in Apartment 210 in the Southview Apartment. Over the past several weeks/months, I have observed the following issues: Frequent visitors entering and leaving the unit at all hours of the night, causing noise and disturbance. A pit bull dog is regularly kept in the apartment, which I understand is not permitted under the building’s pet policy. Repeated loud and disruptive behavior in shared areas such as the hallways and laundry room. Suspicious activity suggesting drug sales or exchanges occurring within or around the unit. People leaving her apt have dropped narcotics in the apartment hallway when leaving the unit. These ongoing disturbances have negatively affected the peace and safety of other residents. I request that management investigate these matters in accordance with the lease agreement and community policies. Please keep my identity confidential to prevent any retaliation. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to appropriate action being taken.

Turn the water off without notification for 6 hours, if you've been here since 2019 they turn it off for days. I am reaching out to the department of health because CA law states it is illegal to pay rent when a landlord refuses to climate vermon infestation. Google it if you dont believe me. OCT.2025 UPDATE: Now there is no hot water. Do not even bother looking here, they do bot care about shutting off the water for hours and than leaving 0 hot water.
