The OG maintenance staff, especially Javier, is great.
Really disappointed with the new management though. With only two months left on our lease, they suddenly questioned our move-in documents from two years ago and charged extra fees retroactively. It’s been unnecessarily stressful. Feels like they’re spending more energy making things difficult for residents (for bookkeeping purposes?) instead of actually improving living experience here (addressing lost packages, bike storage break-ins, garage door not working...).
Update after living here for 2 years:
We moved in two years ago and have gone through three management teams, each more corporate and impersonal than the last. Communicating with the current team has been extra frustrating, as they seem to prioritize corporate agenda (promoting the Greystar app cluttered with ads, passing along the consequences of their own record-keeping mistakes to residents, and threatening to charge us for something that was approved by previous management) over constructive dialogue. The sense of community has steadily declined with each new management team, leaving us feeling more like numbers than residents.
Five stars for the OG maintenance staff though!

My wife and I just moved in this past weekend and so far, our experience has been superb! Diane showed us the apartment and introduced us to the building. She was very welcoming and answered all our questions. Johnny then helped us with the lease and all the move-in details. He is super friendly and accommodating and addressed all our concerns promptly and professionally. We also interacted with Javier a few times who is really friendly and helpful.
I have had the pleasure of interacting with the management team on several occasions, and I can confidently say that they possess exceptional patience and tenacity in resolving any issues that have arisen. Their friendly and helpful attitude makes them a pleasure to work with. Thank you, mResidences, for providing such a wonderful experience!

The nice pool on pictures is mostly unusable during this summer as the heater is broken. New management haven’t addressed the issue during the summer and it is too cold to swim. Before it was just fine. What is more, it is Labor Day weekend and hot tub is under maintenance. Because of this the pool is practically empty in recent months.
