Unfortunately, since the new company and management took over, the quality of living here has gone down significantly. Work orders sit unresolved for long periods, and the management office is often unresponsive or keeps redirecting issues instead of handling them directly. We’ve had an ongoing issue with our bathtub not draining, and it still hasn’t been properly fixed. It’s also been over two months, and we still haven’t received enough entrance keys for all residents. Overall, it’s been a frustrating experience dealing with basic maintenance and communication.

We recently moved out after living here happily for several years. Unfortunately, management quality declined significantly after the property changed from Greystar to Cirrus in December 2025. Because the building is relatively new, it is not subject to rent increase restrictions. Our 12 month lease renewal came with a rent increase of several hundred dollars, which felt difficult to justify given the declining service and maintenance. We and other tenants had issues with work orders not being processed. Amenities like the pool and hot tub have not been well maintained, and communication from management is barely existing, even in emergency situations. Interactions with the new management were often disappointing. While not necessarily management’s fault, package theft is a recurring problem. We also noticed more residents moving out than moving in toward the end of our time here. It’s sad to see how a once lively community has become poorly managed. We moved to an apartment complex close by and feel home again.

Since the property switched to a new management company earlier this year, the overall living experience has declined noticeably. Pigeons have been gathering on my patio almost daily, creating a constant disturbance. The noise early in the morning frequently disrupts sleep, and the patio is repeatedly left dirty. This situation has also begun affecting my health, and the deteriorating conditions have even started attracting bugs inside the household. I submitted a request for pigeon control earlier in the week, but several days passed without any response or action from the new management or maintenance team. Under the previous management, maintenance would respond quickly and pressure wash the patio to discourage pigeons from returning or nesting. Addressing pest issues like this should clearly fall under the property’s pest control responsibilities to prevent pests and potential disease risks within the community, rather than leaving residents to deal with it themselves. There have also been ongoing problems with basic maintenance services. For example, replacing a broken door key took several weeks, and even during that process the management staff appeared unfamiliar with how to properly program the key fob/door knob system. What should have been a simple fix turned into a prolonged and frustrating experience.

Pigeon disaster causing diseases, terribly slow management team!!!!! This property changed management companies this year and everything suddenly SUCKs. The pigeons coming to my patio every day have been a NIGHTMARE for me. Their noise wakes me up very early in the morning, messes up my patio again and again, and has caused health problems. I submitted a pigeon control request on Monday, but the new management/maintenance team hasn't done anything until now, which is four days later. In contrast, the previous maintenance team always quickly responded and came to pressure wash my patio to prevent pigeons from coming again and laying eggs. Note that this is part of the pest control responsibility of the management/maintenance team to avoid pests and disease spreading in the community, and it should not be the resident's responsibility!!!!!! I have been happily living here for two years and am now extremely sad with the new management/maintenance team. Other issues with the new management: extremely SMELLY trash rooms, Broken door keys, and many more.
