  This Building suffers from chronic mismanagement. SHANICE and her supervisor PARAMVIR routinely ignore resident complaints and fail to take any corrective action. Their lack of responsiveness and accountability has directly contributed to unsafe and unsanitary living conditions. Common areas, especially the hallway carpets, are consistently dirty and poorly maintained, creating an unpleasant and unhealthy environment for residents. Maintenance requests are either ignored or endlessly delayed, and basic standards of cleanliness and safety are not met. Residents are treated with disregard and, at times, a demeaning attitude, as if their concerns are an inconvenience rather than legitimate issues that deserve attention. Communication is ineffective, dismissive, or nonexistent. Overall, this property fails to meet minimum standards of management, maintenance, and respect for tenants. I would not recommend living here to anyone who values basic living conditions, accountability, or professionalism.

  Very satisfied with the maintenance and the maintaining of our building it was very appreciative and mostly very prompt on time issues were fixed. Thank you so much very appreciated as a tenant at 353 Main St., Redwood City, CA apartment 627 John R Barreto Jr..

  Had a terrible experience interacting with the leasing office/mgmt. No structure to touring process and the interactions were not exactly transparent.

  I really think you guys are doing a good job with helping us and I really like living here a lot. You guys are doing a good job working here. This is a good place and I like the way you guys run things around here and I hope this place give you open forever. I really like 353 Main St. family apartments and I really wanna live here for Many years and I hope I can hope you guys and I really love you guys you guys are good people.
