He showed us all the units. We told him she was interested in one of the smallest models. He was so helpful and patient. My mom fell in love with one of the models. They have many floorplans and options available. The quality looks amazing. We love that they are local. We are planning to meet with him again next week. I highly recommend you go see Rob at Cousin Gary's!
