The disappointing part was when we actually receive the home the upgrades that we had paid for largely were either not done or done incorrectly, as well as poor workmanship and poor follow-through. There was a little to know follow up after delivery and I am still waiting almost 3 months later for things to be made right.

He walked me through the entire process. He gave me the used model price so I could design the home I wanted. He even paid for the upgrade to the carpeting out of his own pocket! I'm going to buy another manufactured home within the year and there is no other place to go in my opinion!
