  Very disappointing customer service. We called ahead and were told no appointment was needed and that they close at 5 PM. When we arrived, the representative took a long time to acknowledge us, did not introduce himself after we introduced ourselves, and simply told us to walk through the homes on our own without offering any assistance. We’ve visited other modular home locations in Sacramento and Chico and had much better experiences. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism here cost them a sale, despite us liking one of the homes.

  We are looking for an ADU unit to put on my property for my elderly mom. A friend recommended we check out Cousin Gary's. We met with Rob today. He showed us all the units. We told him she was interested in one of the smallest models. He was so helpful and patient. My mom fell in love with one of the models. They have many floorplans and options available. The quality looks amazing. We love that they are local. We are planning to meet with him again next week. I highly recommend you go see Rob at Cousin Gary's!
