They know Coto and Dove Canyon and what motivates buyers to this area. They arranged staging of the interior, used professional photography and videography to take full advantage of digital media and made sure the property had posting in domestic and international search sites. They made sure to have a representative at every property showing and provided useful feedback after each viewing. They actively marketed the property. The whole Bullock Russell Real Estate Company steps up and insures the task is accomplished. Always got back to me when they said they would, updated me throughout and nothing was too much trouble and always went above and beyond for us as a client. We didn't have an easy house to sell. They were able to find the right buyer and put together a successful sales conclusion. Our selling experience was enough to convince us John and Flo were the right team to find our next home.
