  I just moved in 3months ago and the only reason I’m giving this apartment complex 4/5 stars is because of Abby . Abby made my experience honestly the best she could as soon as I walked in to apply . Very welcoming and very attentive! I didn’t give these apartments 5 stars to do an assist manager by the name of Katrina . She’s very rude ! I don’t know how she even became a manger of any sort because she DOES NOT know how to talk to people . I also do want to mention she stereotyped me as soon as I came through the door . I don’t want to say she’s racist because that’s huge to put out there but the questions she has asked made me question her . Katrina is very snappy . She may come off like she’s there to help but then she immediately switches with her tone of voice and attitude. Also me coming I to these apartments as a NEW applicant my apartment was t together like it should have been . Things were still broke and some things needed to get replaced. As much as Katrina was pressuring me you would have thought the apartment was ready and to it’s T . I would have rated these a little lower but like I stated above Abby was amazing and fixed all the problems I have had . GO TO ABBY if your new here ! Apartments are nice , the people are nice . But the price they are charging you would think everything would be well put together and unfortunately it’s not ! Realistically my rating would be 3/5 stars but the effort ABBY put in boosted that up . People want to feel welcomed and at peace ! Not unsure

  I wanted to share my experience with Abby. She’s very professional, but also really down to earth, kind, and easy to talk to. She listens to what you’re looking for and treats you with a lot of respect and humility. I went in for a tour, and she showed me the whole property and even offered me something to drink. I was actually having a rough day, and her attitude and the way she treated me made a big difference. Due to my work situation, I didn’t end up renting there since I was moving from out of state to California and still exploring options. Even so, she followed up with a call to congratulate me on my job, which I really appreciated. Overall, even though I didn’t rent, my experience with her was very positive. She definitely knows how to treat people well and make you feel comfortable. Abby rocks!

  This was a great experience and Abigail (Abby)made my move-in a smooth transition she explained the process she provided all necessarily information and she answered my billions of questions that I kept asking her over and over, but she kept a great attitude and was always patient with me and I do appreciate that. I didn’t give 4 stars because I feel that there were some minor maintenance fixes that should have been noticed and handled prior to move in. Other than that it was a great experience and love the property.

  I would like to congratulate Abigail Robles for her excellent service. It was truly a standout experience that left a very positive impression on me. I have accompanied others to this same place before, and I can clearly notice the difference in the level of service. Congratulations, Abigail. You are an excellent representative for this community at The Bluffs. Your professionalism, attitude, and charisma truly make a difference. I hope they continue to have more people like you. I truly admire your performance both as a person and as a representative.

  I'm currently looking for my new place and called the Bluffs. Katrina answered and answered my questions with patience. I decided to come tour the facility, and lucky me, my host happened to be with her (Katrina). She showed me several options of units, the pool, the gym. She took the time to show me the grounds and answer all my questions. I appreciate how professional she was because I had not experienced that at other complexes. I made my deck and will be moving forward with The Bluffs, and will update everyone later. Big thank you to Katrina, I'm finally confident in my move!
