  Starting off with my tour, I scheduled it the same day and everything went so smooth. Katrina was already expecting me before I arrived. Everyone has been so personable and friendly. On the day I received my keys, again, smooth process! I experienced a few hiccups on my end and Katrina was so flexible and understanding! Very happy and pleased thus far !

  This was, unfortunately, one of the most disappointing apartment experiences I’ve had. The management particularly Katrina was consistently unprofessional, intrusive, and made my stay feel uncomfortable and at times even hostile. Her behavior often felt inappropriate for someone in a management role, and residents should be prepared for an excessive level of monitoring from the leasing office. In addition to the management concerns, the apartment itself was severely overpriced given its condition. My unit had a significant roach problem, including baby roaches, and pest control services were only available on Tuesdays. This meant that if any issues arose later in the week, I was forced to live with the infestation until the following week, as the only solution offered was a basic spray. The amenities were also disappointing. The gym was frequently closed without clear explanation, and even when it was open, the early closing time of 10 p.m. made it inaccessible for anyone working morning or late shifts. Security enforced these hours strictly, which added to the inconvenience. Lastly, I did not receive my deposit upon move-out, which further solidified my negative experience. In summary, I would not recommend living here due to the persistent pest issues, unprofessional management, and lack of reliable amenities.

  Katrina is very helpful, personable and a great communicator. She listened to my needs and budget and put me in an apartment that really feels like home. Its been a pleasure working with her.

  Katrina honestly made the whole experience super easy and enjoyable. She really sold the community her energy is so bubbly and kind, it made me feel comfortable right away. My only little comments have nothing to do with the customer service more accessibility and amenities (the entrance gate, extra parking and earlier gym access) but other than that, I’m really happy with how helpful and customer-focused the front office team was. They’ve were great to work with.
