  Taking a lease at Barrington Place has been the single biggest mistake of my year. While the initial tour seemed promising, the reality of living here is a nightmare. Why I would NOT recommend this complex: • Maintenance Issues: Getting anything fixed is a battle. Issues that should be handled in 24 hours take weeks of follow-up, and even then, the "repairs" are just temporary patches. • Management Communication: Once you sign the lease, the customer service disappears. It is incredibly difficult to get a straight answer or a return phone call regarding billing or unit concerns. • Condition of the Property: For the price they charge, the upkeep is unacceptable. The common areas are poorly maintained, and I’ve dealt with [insert specific issue here, e.g., pest problems/leaks/trash] since week one. I feel completely stuck and frustrated. If you are looking for a stress-free living environment where management actually cares about their residents, look elsewhere. I cannot wait for my lease to end.
