  Have lived here for about 7 months now. This is a quaint and cozy little complex. A lot of pets, families and kids walking and playing around in the evenings. Management has always been very nice and helpful. I just had to have my A/C inspected and fixed during some very hot days. Management set up inspection and repair appts for me within a very timely manner, while taking my schedule and my anxious dogs into careful consideration. Thank you Zinfandel.

  My mom stayed at this apartments. The staff that worked there was awesome and they maintained the property really well. Inside it's a gated community and it feels really safe. In the evening there are tons of people walking around getting exercise and kids playing so it feels really safe. Across the street is tons of shopping and a grocery store. Unfortunately there are homeless people that sometime walk around on Folsom BLVD, but they stay outside of the community gates. I would highly recommend these apartments for the location.

  I went in a couple days ago to see if they had any rentals available, as soon as I walked in I was not even greeted the lady said they have nothing open and then I would begin to speak to tell her what size apartment I was looking for and i soon as i said what about she said there would be nothing open no time soon or in the near future and that was it. And continued to put lotion on. I have never been treated so rude ever. But i had my co worker go in and ask on a different day and behold there is one open. Im not sure if it was racial profiling but it sure felt like it.

  Love it here, management is awesome. Neighbors out walking, nice community feeling. Love the laundry rooms and best of all I am close to everything; work shopping, post office, church.
