  The Reserve Property Management team is the best! The Reserve has an amazing Community Mgr. Thanks again Chris for your leadership and making our transition to the 1st floor unit seamless. Jonathan - Assistant Mgr., thank you for letting us know that a 1st floor unit was available to transfer. Kelan- Leasing Consultant, was very knowledgeable. I appreciate you escalating my concerns to Chris regarding my Mom needing access to the 1st floor, due to her physical disability. The Maintenance team are hands down the best. Tony and Saidu prepared our new unit very professionally. Great attention to detail. They have been efficient and knowledgeable, addressing every maintenence ticket we have submitted through The Reserve portal. The Reserve is definitely a great Community to live. Peaceful, quiet and protected. It's truly a blessing to live here!!!

  Huge thanks to Tony for fixing my blinds today! He was very respectful of my space and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s a relief to have maintenance staff who are both skilled and friendly. Excellent service!

  Lived at the Reserve for almost 3 years now and maintenance service has alway exceeded expectations. Timely, polite, trustworthy, and always make a point to say Hi when people pass by. Great at their job! Tony is the best!

  I needed some light switches looked at as they were not working properly. The services did a great efficient job! They replaced the switches in a timely manner, I was home at the time and were extremely personable and courteous. Great job Tony S and Saidu K!!
