  Horrible management. They’ll tell you one thing and they never fall through. I asked for a preliminary inspection when I moved out and they refused to inform me of any repairs that need to be done for me to get my deposit. When I asked for the woman’s name, they just hung up on me. I had to submit numerous maintenance repair request for them to fix a single simple issue. The pool was closed pretty much the entire summer long.

  There’sa younger Hispanic lady who was just in pleasant and not helpful in any way to my needs. I’d I’m seeking a place to live out would never be where the caretakers are indifferent or cold. Terrible customer service

  I guess this is how u get attention from from attorneys owner n staff I had gave good reviews to maintenance until one of them told me what I expected long ago when I realized I was being GANG STALKED! See my toilet kept getting clogged every month it seems until I was warned that I had audio n cameras n my bathrooms see I have an FBI angel who keeps me me per say b/c I am a 54 yr old amputee in a wheelchair. So, every time I emailed for my toilet to be unclogged they would charge me. Well not anymore I NEED MY MONEY BACK see u have to report it to the police b/c no way should a toilet have to be be unclogged more than at least once or twice I’ve been here 1 yr 7 months I’ve had to have assistance more than 5 times….FACTS! As I type this it’s clogged again that makes 3 times this month alone. My Agent hipped me too this! They say it’s good money in this for maintenance I can dig it ITS ALSO GOOD MONEY WHEN U WIN IN COURT! I had been placed where there was no ramp attorney of theirs said well I took the apt anyway yrs after I came from closing out one apt in another county where was I to go. I don’t have hotel money I am on disability so u played me stupid after telling me oh there’s was no more ground level apts. I have fallen here 6 times I had to argue there is. No Handicap parking no ramps closer than the few they had n one was blocked off b/c they let a tree get mean with the roots n caused broken damaged sidewalks throughout this place to be honest where I lived I tipped over many times yet the attorney claims it’s my fault . Now Mrs. Randall I was a fool for she is extremely intelligent however living in her parents basement didn’t wrap her to tight to know that story is played out just like her common sense when talking that good talk on you tube how she has all these propertied. Well honey chile me too when I’m done with the shenanigans. I speak TRUTH FACTS IM A GOD FEARING WOMAN THATS IT ! Ever since I sued my former employer the University of the Pacific and won a class action settlement I’ve been harassed threatened at home on the streets bank acts tampered and eviction notices like crazy however I let the office staff no exactly what is going on with me. I have lupus kidney disease n I am a diabetic I stay in n out the hospital. Every time I keep my rent paid regardless I’m on a HCv which has Saved my life due to a beautiful writ who understands me n life, Mrs. Tanya Hultberg praise God. I am what they call ranting but to God this is my Testimony ever since I was told there is at least 3 satanic households I refuse to hold my tongue and even so I have one foot baby I stand on business n can prove every word I say in a court of law. So if anything happens to me my God called me home but as far as I know I’m just getting started!!!!!! I liked living here I love Rancho Cordova but I’m nobodies fool!!!!!Amen thank you n God Bless everyone! Who is listening.n reading this ! I’ve gotten heated typing this but u would to if u were going thru what I am CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING PLEASE FORGIVE ANY MISPELLED WORDS OR TYPOS!

  A little bit older units but the staff is very professional and the complex is super clean.

  I was excited about the paint job, but this has been disappointing and underwhelming. The neutral brown does nothing for the building, and it still has that old apartment feel to it. Not attractive and seems like a waste of money.
