  I was a prior resident of the Reserve, for about six years. I absolutely enjoyed my time there, and even when distressing situations occurred (a flood in our first apartment, problem neighbors in our second) I always felt that the leasing office staff were available and happy to assist wherever possible. I moved out of state a couple years back. Recently, I made an online purchase that was mistakenly sent to my old address at the Reserve. Both Kelan and Jonathan have been so extremely helpful in helping me retrieve these packages. Without their assistance, I could've been waiting months and possibly just lose out on the items ordered as well as the funds spent. I greatly appreciate your help, and it shows that even post-residents you guys still care for. Highly recommend!

  I had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is well maintained, quiet, and feels genuinely welcoming. Management was professional, responsive, and easy to work with, and maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently. The location is convenient, and the overall environment made it a comfortable and stress-free place to live. I truly enjoyed my time here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality apartment community.

  I strongly discourage anyone from renting from this property due to the business practices of the management company, Sequoia Equities Inc. I was charged over $500 for cleaning and painting after move-out, despite having lived in the unit for only one year and leaving it in good condition (including according to their own inspection). I brought it to small claims court, and the court ruled that the charges were not justified and ordered the remaining portion of my security deposit to be returned, along with court costs. This process took more than four months. Based on my experience and review of the case materials, this does not appear to be an isolated issue. Do not recommend.

  Been living here for about a good seven or 7 1/2 years. And now there's new faces and professional individuals that brings a touch of joy and pure harmony flowing through these grounds. Chris is the new manager or supervisor and he brings ton of pure energy and he is very comfortable man to talk to, always approaches you with a smile. The maintenance crew has also changed throughout the years as well. The new maintenance crew are wonderful young men thats family oriented and hard working individuals. No matter what type of weather it is, theyre always on point and willing and ready to help and solve the problem. Five stars are not enough for their professionalism they bring on a daily basis. As they throw a little get together for their tenants.

  I had an amazing experience with Kelan. He was a very friendly and informational employee. The process to apply and see this apartment has been very easy and has made moving in here the best decision I've made.. I can't wait to get settled in in this wonderful apartment with all these wonderful amenities. The gym and pool offer a wonderful place to relax and gather with family and friends. I can't wait to live here and it has been such a pleasurable experience thus far can't wait to see more. The units are very spacious and have vaulted ceilings which make them feel extremely comfortable.
