  Im not a person that normally gives reviews and things, but I’ve been touring a ton of apartments all over Sacramento and wanted to give a shout out to Sharan. I was stuck in traffic and showed up right before closing and she made the tour happen. I’m not very familiar with the area and she treated me like family. She really gave me the ins and outs of things. I really appreciated her sense of humor and how she made me feel seen. I’m a younger guy and a lot of other places made me feel dismissed. I’m planning to follow up and submit an application soon. Thank you Sharan, your authenticity was appreciated I hope you have a wonderful holiday.

  Requesting for maintenance support has been easy so far. Just today Jose from the maintenance team provided quick response in fixing an issue with my dryer. Keep it up team!!

  We had a tour today and the manager, Maria, was very, very nice and did an amazing job showing us around and explaining everything. She frequently asked if we had any questions throughout the tour, which we really appreciated. She couldn’t find any pamphlets at first, which was totally fine, and we headed back to our car. A moment later she came outside to hand us one because she ended up finding it. We were honestly so amazed by her attitude and how thoughtful she was throughout the entire tour.

  Weeks ago, I submitted a request to have my leaking toilet repaired. Instead of providing a new and proper replacement, your team brought and installed an old, used, dirty, scratched, and completely unhygienic toilet. I repeatedly explained the urgency of the situation and emphasized that my children’s health is extremely important to me, yet this was completely ignored. This situation constitutes both a violation of my rights and a breach of consumer standards. Since I previously warned you and the issue has still not been resolved, I intend to file an official complaint and take legal action.

  I walked in a few month ago to apply for these apartments and was greeted by Sharoy who answered all of my questions. Not only did she answer all my questions she made me feel welcomed. Anytime I had questions or needed help she was always there for me. I haven’t her lately but I’ve noticed things aren’t the same and phone calls aren’t answered nor is the staff competent. The new manager isn’t friendly nor does she seem to have any training. I will be putting my notice in if this continues
