I was stuck in traffic and showed up right before closing and she made the tour happen. I’m not very familiar with the area and she treated me like family. She really gave me the ins and outs of things. I really appreciated her sense of humor and how she made me feel seen. I’m a younger guy and a lot of other places made me feel dismissed. I’m planning to follow up and submit an application soon. Thank you Sharan, your authenticity was appreciated I hope you have a wonderful holiday.

She frequently asked if we had any questions throughout the tour, which we really appreciated. She couldn’t find any pamphlets at first, which was totally fine, and we headed back to our car. A moment later she came outside to hand us one because she ended up finding it. We were honestly so amazed by her attitude and how thoughtful she was throughout the entire tour.

Instead of providing a new and proper replacement, your team brought and installed an old, used, dirty, scratched, and completely unhygienic toilet. I repeatedly explained the urgency of the situation and emphasized that my children’s health is extremely important to me, yet this was completely ignored. This situation constitutes both a violation of my rights and a breach of consumer standards. Since I previously warned you and the issue has still not been resolved, I intend to file an official complaint and take legal action.
