- MGMenaka GcNov 17, 20251.0I have been waiting to get my end-of-year maintenance done for over 8 months now, about the hit the 2nd year mark now. The roof doesn’t have a roof cap ,which leaks the water all the way to the water heater in the garage when it’s raining. Sick and tired of calling and emailing. I wonder if the new houses being build will have a cap bc I have been waiting on the cal for over 8 months and I wonder how manh houses were sold and build during this time frame.
