  My time at BDX was amazing! Moving to a new city can be challenging but it was helpful to have a safe place I can call home. The management team was always welcoming and respectful. My unit was clean and spacious. No regrets living here ☺️

  The pool service has kept the pool sparkling since I gave them my concern....thank you! Great job and excellent follow up! A few degrees warmer for evening swimming would be appreciated 😊 but great place to live and friendly professional management!

  BDX at capital village is a great place to live. Everything is well thought out. The appliances are all brand new American made products and they look amazing. They are also very energy efficient. I’m told there are tankless water heaters that supply the hot water. which means there will be unlimited hot water. Tankless water heaters are one of the most energy efficient ways you can heat water for homes. The HVAC system is very quiet and ducted very well. Although I hardly ever have to use it do to the fact the exterior of building is so well insulated there is very little thermal transfer. Meaning the place hold its temperature very well. This too will save on energy bills since your not gonna be heating the whole world or cooling it when it gets hot. The floors look great and the windows are double pane energy efficient vinyl single hung that really make the place pop with so much sun light it’s great. I would like to thank Hatranh Moore who works in the front office. I also apologize for any un-do stress I may have cause with the minor personal issues I had brought to you attention. She was very professional and extremely understanding and made me realize that BDX and FPI are doing everything possible to make this little village of ours a great place to live. There is so much more to mention. Like the salt water pool , barbecue area , the Sunday community breakfast get togethers and oh the gym is awesome. The gym is the best thing about this place if you ask me. Although I wish my body was as willing as my spirt so I could enjoy the gym more often but you know I’m working on it. Any how I hope the review is helpful to those whom it may concern. Take care and good luck PS.
