We really liked the layout of the homes. The only questionable things was how quickly they’re building these homes. We moved in and the house across from us was being built. Within just a few weeks the entire house was built. The guys that were building these homes, drove beat up old cars, blasting music in the homes and didn’t seem professional at all. I’m assuming they’re paying the cheapest people to build the homes as I’ve spoken with my neighbors and read these reviews and it seems everyone has been having a lot of issues with their homes which is sad that homeowners spend such a large amount of money and are hoping for a quality product. Also, my friend lives in a community that’s being built as well, it’s extremely clean, while our neighborhood has orange everywhere from the mud that was here before the homes. It’s stained the driveways, the streets, sidewalks and even the side of my home. I wish when building these homes they took better care of how much orange mud was getting everywhere because for a new community the orange just makes it look terrible and I wish they would clean the streets after the finish building the homes.

I can’t imagine the stress on my friend’s family—no timeline, ongoing financial loss, and no reimbursement. They’ve even had to ask me for financial help. Please reach out to them; they’ve been trying to contact David, but he hasn’t responded, according to Chandra.

Today I visited my friend’s new house and saw it’s still unfinished after nearly two months since the incident(water leakage due to the builder fault). They’re living far away with their kids, losing family time. As a neighbor in Montenella, I’m very disappointed with Pulte Building’s poor management.

Pulte Homes’ warranty and customer service have been disappointing. A friend reported issues just three months after moving into a new home, and after a month and a half, there’s still no timely or meaningful repairs. I feel so bad for my friend. F/U : today 04/27/2026_ no response from customer service
