  So, i was at first skeptical since a lot of the reviews sound kind of fake... Moved here a while ago and honestly have nothing bad to say about the place. New renovated units, great property manager, ok rent, peaceful community. Extra parking can be somewhat difficult, the laundry room could be better, and ive heard rent increases happen but other than that super happy with my time here so far.

  Qual Run Apartment complex in Ramona, CA. , is the best complex, known for it's excellence because of the reputation of the manager, Melissa Maxedon !! Melissa is consistent with rules, has excellent communication skills and makes sure problems are resolved immediately !! Because of Melissa Maxedon's consistency with rules, there is no drama at Qual Run, the premises are consistently clean, beautifully gardened, laundry room is huge and well maintained, apartment problems are dealt with immediately !! The Maintence man, who works directly under Melissa's supervision, does a superior job ! !! We moved from another complex that we had lived in for over 5 years just because of the history and reputaton of Melissa Maxedon, Manager of Qual Run Apartments !
