À Sainte-Julie, sur le boulevard des Hauts-Bois, se dressent 8 immeubles de 16 logements chacun offrant de vastes 3 1/2 et 4 1/2 et quelques studios (1 1/2). Une piscine extérieure et des espaces de stationnement sont à la disposition de nos locataires. Le plein air est fort apprécié ainsi que la proximité de tous les services, c'est-à-dire: une école primaire, une Caisse populaire, des centres commerciaux, des restaurants et l'autoroute 20 qui nous conduit vers le centre-ville de Montréal en moins de 20 minutes.
