  I booked an appointment to visit an apartment there. I also received an email with instructions to meet an agent. I arrived 10 minutes before and I called the main telephone number to announce my arrival. A lady that answered the call put me on hold during 8 minutes aprox. She came back to the call to tell me the agent won’t show up. So, no call, no advice about this absence and I drove 45 minutes for nothing. Even though the lady on the phone was sorry about the situation, I told her if she can pass a message to the agent that I supposed to meet, to call me back. I’m still waiting for that. This is not professional and disrespectful.
