I don’t even live here but omg it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone, my family is trying to move in and a process that obviously involves lots of questions. No one’s answers the emails we sent (we’ve sent multiple) we’ve stopped by the office three separate times in two days all in office hours and no one’s there. We’ve called multiple times on top of that. I’m writing this sitting outside the office on my fourth visit with no one here. Genuinely if getting an apartment here is impossible why am I trying so hard.
Customer service? None. They don’t answer phone calls or emails and also don’t return your money.

Apartment wasn’t ready when we moved in (not fully cleaned). Laundry machines constantly out of order. Thin walls, you can hear everything in adjacent apartments. Manager is hardly on site or wont answer office door, not sure which. We had problems with extremely loud cars, neighbors fighting, and tenants smoking weed on the property (don’t really care if they smoke, I just don’t want my home to smell like weed all the time). Took months to get our deposit back only after I had to reach out to the regional managers of the management company. Don't waste your money on this dump, you’ll thank me later.

The complex itself is okay, and the location is convenient, but I've stayed in motels with better noise insulation. I'd expect a lot more for the price. I've only lived here for about a month, but I'm already looking for a different place to live.
Veronica was very helpful while reviewing my renal application and checking for the approval over the phone. I was approved in a matter of few minutes. The complex is located very centrally to everything, close to Del Monte mall, restaurants and businesses. The apartment I moved in was very clean with new appliances and modern looking. Big plus, it had an extra storage outside in the covered parking area. The neighbors were super helpful and friendly. Ama even helped me to carry the furniture upstairs that is not easy to do as the stairs are narrow, and you have to make couple of turns before you reach the door. The architects did not really think about how people were going to bring their stuff. The rooms were a little smaller than I expected (for me and my dog). After living there for a week, I decided to break the lease and move to a bigger place. If you have ever broken a lease, you know what hassle it could be. I was very pleased how understanding and accommodating the management was. Kyle arranged for me to pay less penalty (as I have only stayed for a week) and rented my place promptly so I got some rental money back. Communication with management and maintenance team is super efficient. You will get the response even on a weekend. If you want to live in a safe area, in a quiet place with nice neighbors, deal with resident centered management, this is a place to call home. Thank you all!
